Twenty-five years of football, then running from 2019. Morgane has stacked up her early challenges to the Marathons of Paris, the 80 kilometres of the Trail de Saint-Jacques and the GR20, run solo.

Along the way, running has become for her a space for expression and freedom. Trained in mental preparation, she now supports other athletes.

In her eighth month of pregnancy, her practice has changed shape: she adapts it with medical follow-up. She wants to talk about it to help shift perceptions of pregnant runners.

This profile shares her personal experience. It does not constitute medical advice: any adaptation to training during pregnancy is decided with a healthcare professional.
